Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient has been diagnosed with colorectal cancer in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2023 Edition" and is scheduled to undergo laparoscopic colorectal resection surgery at an elective date. 2. Age >=60 years old; 3.Fried frailty phenotype assessment: Patients with a scale score of >=1 point (both pre-frailty and frailty patients were included in this study); 4. Informed consent, with good communication and language expression skills; 5. Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy was not used before the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe chronic diseases (such as severe anemia, severe osteoporosis, heart failure, etc.); 2. Suffering from a disease that prohibits activity or having difficulty moving around and being unable to engage in normal activities.
