Eligibility

Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with thyroid nodules: 1. Age range: 18 years old and above, regardless of gender; 2. The diagnostic basis of thyroid nodules: single or multiple nodules (with hyperechoic, hypoechoic or calcification) were found in the thyroid by ultrasound examination. Or clinically diagnosed thyroid tumor (benign/malignant) with ultrasound imaging evidence. 3. Complete clinical data: able to provide complete medical history, physical examination, thyroid function and other basic clinical information; 4. Voluntary participation: patients or their legal representatives signed the informed consent and were willing to cooperate with the subsequent image acquisition and follow-up. Inclusion criteria for euthyroid patients: 1. Age range: 18 years old and above, regardless of gender; 2. Ultrasound imaging showed that the thyroid structure was generally normal without obvious nodules, masses or suspicious lesions; 3. Clinical examination: no symptoms or laboratory results of thyroid dysfunction (such as normal TSH, FT3, FT4), no history of thyroid surgery or radiotherapy; 4. Voluntary participation: patients or their legal representatives signed informed consent and were willing to cooperate with subsequent image acquisition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with thyroid nodules: 1. Previous history of major thyroid surgery: if partial or total thyroidectomy has been performed, the complete ultrasound image cannot be accurately obtained; 2. Complicated with serious other systemic diseases: such as inability to tolerate basic examinations or interference with imaging interpretation (such as severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction); 3. Pregnant or lactating women: if there may be additional risks in the study or unable to cooperate with the examination; 4. Refusing to sign informed consent or unwilling to cooperate with the research process; 5. Other conditions considered by the investigator to be inappropriate for enrollment. 6. Diffuse changes of the thyroid gland, diseases involving the whole gland, such as Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Exclusion criteria for patients with normal thyroid: 1. Previous history of major thyroid surgery or confirmed thyroid lesions, such as partial thyroidectomy and treatment history of thyroid nodules; 2. Clinical or laboratory suspicious thyroid abnormalities, including thyroid dysfunction, suspicious imaging lesions, etc. 3. Complicated with serious other systemic diseases, which may affect the image quality or prevent the completion of the examination; 4. Pregnant or lactating women: if there may be additional risks in the study or unable to cooperate with the examination; 5. Refusing to sign informed consent or unwilling to cooperate with the research process; 6. Other situations considered inappropriate by the researcher.
