Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Quantitative stage Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old, living with family members or family members; 2.Kidney transplantation was performed for the first time and was discharged smoothly; 3.Clear consciousness, with a certain ability of reading and understanding; 4.You can complete the questionnaire through the mobile phone client independently; 5.Know your illness and diagnosis; 6.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent; Qualitative stage Using the sampling strategy of maximum difference purpose, taking the kidney transplant recipients included in the quantitative research as the target population, we try to select kidney transplant recipients who can reflect different family resilience levels, cover different ages, have different education, economic background and different education levels, and can represent the results of quantitative research for semi-structured interviews, so as to obtain as much interview information as possible.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Quantitative stage Exclusion criteria: 1.Recipients of two or more combined organ transplants at the same time; 2.Those who have serious postoperative complications (such as recurrence of renal failure, serious rejection, serious malignant tumor, serious postoperative infection and other complications) that are difficult to cooperate with; 3.People with cognitive impairment or a history of mental illness;
