Interventions
HFNC group:Administer high-flow nasal oxygen at a concentration of 40%, starting at a flow rate of 10 L/min, and increase the flow by 10 L/min every 3 minutes until reaching 30 L/min.
Conventional Nasal Cannula Group:Administer oxygen via conventional nasal cannula at a flow rate of 2 L/min, with an oxygen concentration of 100%.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient underwent elective vitrectomy under basal anesthesia at our hospital. 2. The patient's age is no less than 65 years old. 3. The oxygen inhalation time is not less than 1 hour.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with impaired consciousness who are unable to cooperate. 2. Patients with severe organ dysfunction. 3. Severe type I respiratory failure. 4. Moderate to severe respiratory acidosis with hypercapnia (pH < 7.30). 5. Patients with concurrent mental disorders or other relevant diseases. 6. Patients or their family members refuse enrollment in the study.
