Interventions

Experimental Group:On the basis of guideline-based rehabilitation training, the subjects will receive brain-computer interface (BCI) rehabilitation training (0.5 hours/day, 5 days/week, for 4 consecut
Control Group:The subjects will only receive conventional rehabilitation therapy (1 hour/day, 5 days/week, for 4 consecutive weeks).

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years and <= 80 years; 2.Ischemic stroke confirmed by MRI or CT; 3.1 week to 24 months after stroke onset; 4.Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score < 17; 2.Subjects with a history of epilepsy; 3.Patients with sensory disturbance or hallucinations; 4.Subjects scheduled for internal carotid endarterectomy, thrombectomy, thrombolysis, or other similar procedures; 5.Patients with apraxia; 6.Patients with agnosia; 7.Comorbidity with other diseases that may interfere with motor function; 8.Comorbidity with relevant diseases that increase subject risk, such as severe cardiopulmonary diseases, severe illness, or unstable vital signs; 9.Pregnancy or lactation period; 10.Currently participating in other interventional studies,other conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the researcher(s).
