Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.primipara; 2.Age 20–50; 3.Conscious and alert, with no communication difficulties; 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and be able to complete follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy complicated by severe internal or surgical diseases; 2.Confirmed mental illness prevents cooperation with follow-up visits.
