Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65 or above at the time of the initial health examination; 2. Completed at least three health examinations between 2018 and 2021, with at least three complete sets of metabolic indicators including waist circumference, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, serum total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and triglycerides; 3. No diagnosis of cardiovascular disease during any health examinations conducted between 2018 and 2021;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with missing data in any one of the following categories within their initial health examination records: sociodemographic information (gender, age, educational attainment, residential address, contact details, etc.), smoking status, alcohol consumption, or metabolic indicators; 2. Individuals with fewer than three complete health examination records between 2018 and 2021 containing all metabolic indicators (BMI, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, and fasting blood lipids); 3. Individuals diagnosed by medical institutions with cardiovascular disease, advanced-stage severe illness, or mental disorders at the time of cohort inclusion;
