18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing internal fixation of lower limb fractures under general anesthesia; 2.ASA classification I-III; 3. Age: >= 18 years old; 4.Gender: Both men and women are welcome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative severe infection and hematological disorders; 2.Patients allergic to local anesthetics, general anesthetics, and nonsteroidal antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory drugs; 3.Unstable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease conditions exist, such as cerebral infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia, and severe valve disease within 6 months; 4.Patients who have undergone two or more surgeries during hospitalization for multiple fractures; 5.Those who did not undergo lower limb vascular ultrasound before surgery and did not regularly undergo blood routine, coagulation and other related examinations after surgery; 6.Other factors that may affect continuous follow-up.
