Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for spinal surgery; 2.Age >= 65 years old; 3.ASA I-III; 4.BMI 18-35 kg/m^2; 5.Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a preoperative MMSE score of 35kg/m^²; 6.Preoperative PaO2 < 60 mmHg or SpO2 < 92%; 7.Participated in other drug clinical studies within the past 30 days.
