Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gender: Male; 2.Maintains a regular diet with no recent changes in meal frequency, and does not habitually use any medications or nutritional supplements; 3.In good health, with no smoking or alcohol habits, free from acute or chronic infections or sports injuries recently, and able to participate normally in daily training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergies to dairy products, and gastrointestinal disorders such as bloating and stomach cramps; 2.Secondary cerebrovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes, impaired liver/kidney function, cardiovascular diseases, and metabolic disorders.
