18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for shoulder-hand syndrome; 2. Patients with a disease duration of 1 to 6 months; 3. Patients with a pain score of 4 or above; 4. The patients who signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with local infections, fractures, and tumors; 2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 3. Patients with a previous history of shoulder surgery; 4. Patients who are allergic to corticosteroids; 5. Patients with severe cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate.
