Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6-17 years, adults aged 18-65 years; 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) as stated in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Rhinosinusitis (2024 Edition)", confirmed by nasal endoscopy and sinus CT examination; 3. Planned to undergo endoscopic minimally invasive or open surgical treatment; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form, and be able to cooperate with sample collection and provide necessary information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coexisting other nasal or sinus diseases: including fungal sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, cystic fibrosis, nasal and sinus tumors, etc.; 2. Recent treatment interference: use of antibiotics, oral/systemic corticosteroids, immunotherapy drugs, or anti-allergic medications within 4 weeks before surgery; 3. Coexisting other systemic diseases: including inflammatory diseases, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, as well as severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, or kidneys; 4. Special populations: such as pregnant women; 5. Factors affecting sample quality or test results, such as inability to cooperate with preoperative examinations or refusal to provide samples required for research.
