Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans who underwent wide excision at our hospital; 2.Postoperative defects repaired using a lumbar artery perforator flap; 3.With complete clinical records and imaging data available;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not applicable. This study is a retrospective report on a single specific case and does not involve a screening process.
