Interventions

Control group (group in a 15° semi-reclining position):Adjust the angle of the backboard of the anesthesia recovery bed to a semi-reclining position at 15°
Experimental group (30° semi-reclining position group):Adjust the angle of the backboard of the anesthesia recovery bed to a semi-reclining position at 30°
Experimental group (45° semi-reclining position group):Adjust the angle of the backboard of the anesthesia recovery bed to a semi-reclining position at 45°

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are scheduled to undergo weight loss surgery under general anesthesia due to metabolic syndrome; (2) Aged over 18 years, of either gender; (3) Body mass index (BMI) ranging from 28kg/m^2 to 50kg/m^2; (4) Conscious and able to cooperate with anesthesiologists for treatment; voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative hypoxemia or respiratory dysfunction (SpO2 120 beats per minute, SBP < 90 mmHg, or requiring maintenance with vasoactive drugs); (3) Severe spinal deformities, fractures, or neurological diseases leading to limited body position; (4) Pregnant and lactating women; (5) Patients with cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, and other active electrical implants; (6) Participation in other clinical studies within the past three months;
