Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 45 and 69 years. 2. Long-term resident of Guangming District, Shenzhen. 3. According to the Chinese Guidelines for Gastric Cancer Screening and Early Diagnosis and Treatment (2022, Beijing), individuals are classified as high-risk for gastric cancer if they are aged 45 years or older and meet at least one of the following criteria: (a) long-term residence in a high-incidence area for gastric cancer; (b) Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection; (c) a history of precancerous gastric diseases, such as chronic atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastric polyps, post-gastrectomy remnant stomach, hypertrophic gastritis, or pernicious anemia; (d) a first-degree relative with a history of gastric cancer; (e) other high-risk factors for gastric cancer, such as a high-salt or pickled diet, smoking, or heavy alcohol consumption. 4. Able to understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women. 2. Individuals with tumors, major cardiovascular or respiratory diseases. 3. Individuals deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.
