Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 50–80 years old. 2.Underwent knee X-ray examination at our hospital during the specified period, meeting the radiographic diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade >= 2). 3.Completed dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) bone mineral density testing during the same period, with complete lumbar spine and hip BMD data available. 4.Possession of complete medical records, including demographic information, comorbidities, medication history, and follow-up records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other joint diseases, including osteoarthritis at other sites (hip osteoarthritis, lumbar osteoarthritis), rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, or infectious arthritis. 2.History of prior knee surgery or intra-articular injection therapy. 3.Comorbid severe dysfunction of major organs (heart, liver, kidney) or malignancy. 4.Long-term use of glucocorticoids (prednisone-equivalent dosage >5 mg/day for >3 months) or prior use of anti-osteoporosis medications. 5.Incomplete imaging data or loss to follow-up.
