Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone lung cancer surgery via thoracoscopy; 2. Patients who meet the reference diagnostic criteria of the "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Lung Cancer of the Chinese Medical Association (2022 Edition)", have been diagnosed with lung cancer through imaging and histopathology, and have stable conditions; 3. Age between 40 and 80 years old; 4. Patients who voluntarily joined this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable vital signs, such as shock, severe respiratory failure or pulmonary encephalopathy, etc. 2. Combined with severe respiratory diseases such as hemoptysis, pulmonary bullae, severe pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, and pulmonary embolism; 3. Complicated with severe cardiovascular system diseases such as acute heart failure, arrhythmia, and acute coronary syndrome; 4. Combined with postoperative pulmonary infection, incision infection, severe pain, etc. 5. Combined with severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, liver, lungs and kidneys, etc. 6. Those with bone and joint diseases, neuromuscular diseases or mental disorders that affect movement; 7. Combined with neurological diseases such as pulmonary encephalopathy; 8. Estimated survival time is less than 6 months; 9. Those who do not cooperate when playing the harmonica.
