Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 13 to 18 years old; 2. Duration of symptoms: Emotional or behavioral problems persisting for >= 2 weeks (such as emotional outbursts, social withdrawal, or school aversion); 3. Evidence of functional impairment (at least one of the following): Significant decline in academic performance (such as a drop in grades >= 30%, frequent absences); Increased family or peer conflicts (such as frequent quarrels, isolation); Loss of interest in daily activities as reported by the adolescent or observed by the guardian; 4. Informed consent: The adolescent and their guardian sign the informed consent form for participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Symptoms are clearly caused by physiological factors such as brain injury, thyroid dysfunction, or side effects of medication; 2.High-risk behaviors: having attempted suicide or having a clear suicide plan within the past month; currently exhibiting severe aggressive behavior (such as posing a physical threat to others); 3.Limited participation ability: intellectual or language disabilities that prevent cooperation with intervention; refusing to sign informed consent or being unable to cooperate with assessment.
