Interventions

Control group:General care and psychological care
Experimental group:On the basis of conventional control care, the experimental group will receive intervention through virtual reality (VR) technology.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (aged 18-65 years); 2. Patients who are physically able to participate in the VR intervention, have no critical or medical injuries (e.g., no tracheotomy, infection, or head wound that precludes use of the head-mounting VR system), and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with speech dysfunction; 2. Patients who lack capacity for informed consent; 3. Patients with mental disorder or psychosis; 4. Patients with motion sickness; 5. Patients with a history of seizures, visual impairment, or other problems that preclude the use of virtual reality.
