Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.primiparous women; 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.>=10-12 weeks of gestation; 4.Able to sign informed consent form and communicate normally in language;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women previously diagnosed with severe mental illness; 2.Women unable to participate in follow-up;
