Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients with primary hyperhidrosis diagnosed clinically and the age of first onset was younger than 25 years. 2.Non-surgical treatment is ineffective. 3.ASA classification:I ,II; 4.Willing to cooperate with treatment and follow-up plans; 5.sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe organ damage; 2.coagulation disorders; 3.The puncture site is damaged and infected. 4.secondary hyperhidrosis; 5.Has undergone sympathetic nerve resection in the past; 6.Disagrees to join this clinical trial.
