Interventions

Intervention group:Drug A: INH600mg/times, twice a week for 6 weeks. Drug B: RPT600mg/times, twice a week for 6 weeks
Traditional Management Group:Outpatient follow-up, phone reminders, paper records
Intelligent Management Team:Electronic health records, intelligent treatment reminders, electronic medication records (supporting intelligent medication box photo verification), adverse reaction monit

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. QFT Plus result is positive; 2. No clinical symptoms and signs of active tuberculosis; 3. Chest imaging examination showed no active tuberculosis-like lesions; 4. No contraindications for preventive treatment; 5. Accept intervention strategies and be able to complete follow-up work throughout the process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing underlying diseases or undergoing treatment with hepatitis, hematological disorders, and antipsychotic drugs; 2. Have received any preventive treatment for tuberculosis in the previous year; 3. Those who have suffered from tuberculosis in the past and completed standard anti tuberculosis treatment within 5 years; 4. Recent population with acute infectious diseases; 5. Clinical doctors determine that preventive treatment is not appropriate; 6. Prior to the start of the study, it was known that the compliance was poor and the follow-up could not be consistently completed.
