Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 65 years old; 2.ASA: Class I-III; 3.Elective minimally invasive lung surgery with expected intubation under general anesthesia, immediate postoperative extubation, and operation time =1 hour;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Critical illness: history of myocardial infarction, heart failure (NYHA class ?-?) within 3 months, acute respiratory distress syndrome within 3 months, cerebral infarction within 3 months, or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease within 3 months; 2.Known allergies to or contraindications to study drugs (ropivacaine, dexamethasone, propofol, rocuronium, etc.); 3.The contraindications of nerve block included coagulopathy, infection at the puncture site, spinal deformity, history of spinal surgery, etc; 4.Patients with mental illness, long-term use of psychotropic drugs or cognitive impairment; 5.History of chronic pain or substance abuse, including alcohol, opioids, or other psychotropic drugs; 6.Unable to communicate due to aphasia, severe hearing impairment, or other difficulties, or who were otherwise unable to understand the relevant scales of the study; 7.Participated in other clinical trials;
