20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.20 years old < age < 80 years old; 2. All met the diagnostic criteria for acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis; 3. Accompanied by hypoxemia (under the condition of breathing air at sea level at rest, arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) < 60mmHg or SpO2 < 92%, 100mmHg=PaO2/FiO2 < 300 MMHG), without indications for emergency tracheal intubation. 4. Informed consent forms have been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dry bronchiectasis accompanied by massive hemoptysis; 2. The primary outcome measure is missing; 3. Those with weak spontaneous breathing, coma, and requiring emergency tracheal intubation and invasive mechanical ventilation; 4. Hemodynamic instability requires the application of vasoactive drugs; 5. Those with severe nasal congestion; 6. Terminal stage of various chronic diseases; 7. The patient or their family members do not agree to the application of COT or HFNC treatment; 8. Severe type I respiratory failure (PaO2/FiO2<100 mmHg); 9. The patient gives up or terminates the treatment halfway, is discharged voluntarily or transferred to another hospital;
