Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing endoscopic or robot-assisted thyroidectomy via the trans-thoracic breast or oral vestibular approach; 2. Thyroid nodules diagnosed as differentiated thyroid cancer by fine-needle aspiration biopsy, with the nodule size not exceeding 4 centimeters; 3. No distant metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fused or fixed cervical lymph nodes; 2. History of neck surgery or radiotherapy; 3. Preoperative laryngoscopy indicating vocal cord fixation; 4. Preoperative examination suggesting invasion of adjacent organs, such as the esophagus, trachea, or recurrent laryngeal nerve; 5. Incomplete data.
