Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cubital tunnel syndrome who had undergone surgery by the surgical team led by the principal investigator from January 2022 to February 2025.2; 2. Completed surgeries can be chosen according to the patient's wishes, and the surgical methods include endoscopic surgery and open surgery. 3. According to Gu Yudong's classification of cubital tunnel syndrome, the patient was diagnosed with moderate to severe cubital tunnel syndrome (specific classification criteria: Moderate: Intermittent reduction of tingling sensation, poor grip strength, limited adduction and abduction of fingers, no claw hand, transelcubular MNCV 30-40 m/s;) Severe: Persistent sensory abnormalities, two-point discrimination abnormalities, muscle atrophy, inability of fingers to adduct or abduct, claw hand, and MNCV < 30 m/s across the elbow segment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 18 years old or over 70 years old; 2. According to the classification of Gu Yudong's cubital tunnel syndrome, it was diagnosed as mild cubital tunnel syndrome (specific classification criteria: Mild: abnormal intermittent vibration sensation, feeling weak, poor flexibility, no claw hand, MNCV across the elbow segment > 40 m/s). 3. Cases where the surgery that has been performed is a recurrence or revision; 4. Patients with severe elbow trauma or fractures, severe elbow joint deformities, or space-occupying lesions at the elbow; 5. Patients with functional disorders of the contralateral upper limb; 6. Patients with a history of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, a history of other peripheral nerves, and a history of concurrent cervical spondylosis, severe brain trauma, and cerebrovascular diseases; 7. Patients with abnormal mental and cognitive functions;
