Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women who established prenatal records at our hospital between January 2020 and December 2023, were in early pregnancy (<18 weeks of gestation), and completed assessments of sleep and emotional status. 2.Gestational age was accurately recorded. 3.Offspring received systematic assessments of physical growth and neuropsychological development at the Department of Child Health Care of our hospital, with follow-up extending to at least 2 years of age. 4.Complete and accessible clinical data were available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Offspring with severe congenital anomalies, inherited metabolic disorders, or major chronic diseases. 2.Mothers with severe medical or surgical conditions prior to pregnancy (e.g., diabetes mellitus, hypertension, thyroid disorders) or a history of psychiatric disorders. 3.Extensive missing critical clinical data.
