Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing their first elective coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and/or valve replacement surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). 2.Aged 18 years or older; 3.Signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of pacemaker implantation and coronary stent implantation. 2.History of arrhythmia; 3.Paired specimens could not be obtained during the surgery. 4.Emergency surgery;
