Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years, no gender restrictions. 2.Individuals previously diagnosed with hypertension by medical institutions, or those under community follow-up management for hypertension; may also include individuals at risk of hypertension who receive relevant health management or public health education. 3.Conscious and alert, possessing basic reading and comprehension abilities, able to complete questionnaires with the assistance of researchers. 4.Voluntarily participated in this study and has signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with severe cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders, or impaired consciousness who are unable to comprehend the study content or complete the questionnaire. 2.Individuals with severe impairments in language, hearing, or vision who are unable to complete the questionnaire even with the assistance of a researcher. 3.Individuals in the acute phase of illness or experiencing severe physical instability (such as acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events, serious infections, etc.) are unsuitable for participation in questionnaire surveys. 4.Participants who refuse to sign the informed consent form or explicitly indicate during the study that they do not wish to continue participating.
