Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the GAD diagnostic criteria of the The diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, Fifth Edition; 2.Hamilton Anxiety Scale score >=14; 3.Patients or family members voluntarily signed informed consent forms; 4.Did not taking relevant psychotropic medications;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Has a severe suicidal tendency; 2.Previous history of depression or other psychiatric disorders; 3.History of substance, alcohol or other psychoactive substance abuse; 4.Uncoordinated or unable to complete the examination because of impaired consciousness or impaired vision, hearing, and speech expression and understanding; 5.With primary brain tumors, brain metastases, brain trauma, or those severe somatic diseases; 6.Pregnant or lactating;
