Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 45 who underwent IVF/ICSI-ET treatment at this center from 2018 to 2024, were infertile for more than 12 months after marriage without contraception, and had normal sexual life.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with abnormal immune function, coagulation disorders and endocrine imbalances; 2.Patients with congenital uterine malformations; 3.Patients with hydrosalpinx or uterine cavity abnormalities who have not received clinical treatment; 4.Combined with other chronic diseases, such as liver, kidney, blood system, cerebrovascular, skin diseases and severe gastrointestinal diseases; 5.Patients with missing data or lost to follow-up; 6.Patients who have frozen eggs, donated eggs or sperm;
