Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age of onset under 18 years; 2.Pathomorphologic diagnosis of eMRT consistent with immunohistochemistry INI1(-)/genetic testing results showing deletion or mutation of the SMARCB1 gene, or immunohistochemistry BRG1 negative/genetic testing for deletion or mutation of the SMARCA4 gene; 3.Lansky (16 years old) has a Strength Conditioning Score of at least 60, Karnofsky (16 years old) has a Strength Conditioning Score of at least 60; 4.Expected survival of not less than 12 weeks; 5.Tumors may involve the central nervous system but originate in the non-central nervous system; 6.The patient or/family member voluntarily participates in the trial and signs an informed consent form; 7.Primary cases;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability or unwillingness of study participants or legal guardians to provide written informed consent; 2.Serious congenital diseases with potentially life-threatening conditions; 3.Other serious complications that the investigators believe prevented the child from undergoing chemotherapy or receiving anti-angiogenic medications;
