18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Treatment-naïve patients with histologically verified primary malignancy; 2.Time since diagnosis= 6 months; 3.Age>=18 and <=75 years with ability to complete questionnaires independently; 4.With elementary school or higher education, normal communication capacity, and good compliance;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Organic brain disorders • Cerebral metastatic disease • Any condition impairing insight; 2.Individuals requesting medical confidentiality; 3.Patients currently taking anxiolytics, hypnotics, or other psychotropic medications that may affect mental status, as well as those requiring pharmacological intervention for excessive anxiety or insomnia during the study period; 4.Patients currently participating in similar clinical studies;
