Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 65 years 2. ASA physical status classification I-II (American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification) 3. Planned for elective endoscopic sinus surgery with an anticipated duration of more than 1 hour

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic respiratory diseases (e.g., COPD, severe asthma) 2. Abnormal liver or kidney function, cardiovascular dysfunction, endocrine dysfunction, or any other organ dysfunction (ASA class III-IV) 3. Coagulation disorders or use of antiplatelet agents or anticoagulant therapy 4. Pregnancy 5. Other reasons deemed unsuitable for participation in this trial by the investigator
