45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with neck strain: 1. Aged between 45-80 years; 2. Neck strain symptoms have persisted for at least 3 months; 3. Diagnosed with cervical disc herniation or chronic non-specific neck pain; 4. Provided informed consent to participate in this study. Patients with shoulder strain: 1. Aged between 45-80 years; 2. Shoulder strain symptoms have persisted for at least 3 months; 3. Diagnosed with rotator cuff injury or frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis); 4. Provided informed consent to participate in this study. Patients with lumbar strain: 1. Aged between 45-80 years; 2. Lumbar strain symptoms have persisted for at least 3 months; 3. Diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation or chronic non-specific low back pain; 4. Provided informed consent to participate in this study. Patients with knee strain: 1. Aged between 45-80 years; 2. Knee strain symptoms have persisted for at least 3 months; 3. Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis or meniscus injury; 4. Provided informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal cognitive abilities and mental state; 2. Presence of fractures, severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, and other contraindications to exercise.
