Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Research Group: 1. Able to sign the informed consent form and comply with the study procedures; 2. Meet the clinical and pathological diagnostic criteria and have a confirmed diagnosis of keloid; 3. Older than 18 years; 4. Patients with keloids requiring surgical excision of lesions; 5. Have complete outpatient or inpatient medical records, clinical photos, and VSS scores; 6. No hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis, HIV, active pulmonary tuberculosis, or autoimmune diseases; 7. No history of cold, fever, upper respiratory infection, pneumonia, or infections at other sites within 2 weeks; 8. No use of steroids, antibiotics, antifungals, or immunosuppressants within 1 month. Control Group: 1. Healthy individuals undergoing cosmetic surgery without allergic or autoimmune diseases; 2. Older than 18 years; 3. Non-pregnant women; 4. Have complete outpatient or inpatient medical records; 5. No hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis, HIV, active pulmonary tuberculosis, or autoimmune diseases; 6. No history of cold, fever, upper respiratory infection, pneumonia, or infections at other sites within 2 weeks; 7. No use of steroids, antibiotics, antifungals, or immunosuppressants within 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study Group: 1. Age < 18 years; 2. Patients with keloids who do not require surgical excision of lesions; 3. Missing any of the following: medical records, clinical photographs, or VSS scores; 4. Pregnant women; 5. History of cold, fever, upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, or infection in other parts within 2 weeks; 6. Use of hormones, antibiotics, antifungals, immunosuppressants, etc., within 1 month. Control Group: 1. Age < 18 years; 2. Pregnant women; 3. History of cold, fever, upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, or infection in other parts within 2 weeks; 4. Use of hormones, antibiotics, antifungals, immunosuppressants, etc., within 1 month.
