Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Children 0–12 years old; roughly equal male-to-female ratio; 2. Visiting pediatric or child health clinics, with parental informed consent; 3. No severe chronic diseases affecting health (such as congenital metabolic disorders, major organic diseases, etc.); 4. Able to cooperate with physical measurements and micro blood sampling; 5. Participants in the healthy control group must also meet the criteria of normal weight, no history of nutritional imbalance, anemia, recurrent infections, etc., and have normal nutritional assessment Z-score results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children suffering from chronic or serious illnesses (such as cancer, congenital diseases, etc.); 2. Children from whom blood samples cannot be collected.
