Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years; Diagnosed by imaging examination; Postoperative home rehabilitation period >= 1 month (refer to the postoperative follow-up time for patients with vertebral compression fractures, at this time the patients have already acquired home management experience); Stable condition, clear consciousness; Informed consent, voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with a health condition classification of >= IV level as per the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA); those with visual, auditory or mental impairments; and those currently participating in other studies.
