Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Table 1 Inclusion Criteria 1. Metabolically healthy obese population Inclusion criteria:(1) Aged 18–65 years;(2) BMI >=28 kg/m^2, or waist circumference >=85 cm (female) / >=90 cm (male);(3) Fasting blood glucose =28 kg/m^2, or waist circumference >=85 cm (female) / >=90 cm (male) (may be relaxed to BMI >=24 kg/m^2 if the above conditions are met);(3) Meet at least one of the following: abnormal blood glucose (fasting blood glucose 5.6–6.9 mmol/L or impaired glucose tolerance); elevated blood pressure (systolic blood pressure 120–139 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure 80–89 mmHg); TC >=5.2 mmol/L; LDL-C >=3.4 mmol/L; non-HDL-C >=4 mmol/L; ALT (male: >=49 U/L; female: >=41 U/L); ALT (male: >=56 U/L; female: >=46 U/L); ALP >=148 U/L; UA (male: >=7.1 mg/dL; female: >=6.1 mg/dL); albuminuria >=20.9 mg/dL;(4) Own a smartphone;(5) Local resident;(6) Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent. 3. Obese patients with cardiometabolic diseases Inclusion criteria:(1) Aged 18–65 years;(2) BMI >=28 kg/m^2, or waist circumference >=85 cm (female) / >=90 cm (male) (may be relaxed to BMI >=24 kg/m^2 if the above conditions are met);(3) Combined with physician-diagnosed diseases: fasting blood glucose >=7.0 mmol/L or random blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L + diabetic symptoms; hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg); bullous or bullous-predominant panniculitis involving >5% of hepatocytes, stage 2–3 chronic kidney disease;(4) Own a smartphone;(5) Local resident;(6) Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Metabolically healthy obese population Exclusion criteria:(1) Patients with no major diseases (e.g., hepatic/renal insufficiency, malignant tumor, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, myocardial infarction, stroke, etc.);(2) Patients with mental illness;(3) Pregnant women;(4) Those who have participated in other clinical research projects recently;(5) Those judged by researchers to be unsuitable for participating in this project. 2. Metabolically high-risk obese population Exclusion criteria:(1) Patients with no major diseases (e.g., hepatic/renal insufficiency, malignant tumor, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, myocardial infarction, stroke, etc.);(2) Patients with mental illness;(3) Pregnant women;(4) Those who have participated in other clinical research projects recently;(5) Those judged by researchers to be unsuitable for participating in this project. 3. Obese patients with cardiometabolic diseases Exclusion criteria:(1) Patients with poor compliance with the trial protocol;(2) Patients with mental illness;(3) Those who have had cardiovascular events (e.g., myocardial infarction, stroke) or recent unstable clinical conditions (hemodynamically stable but not stabilized);(4) Patients with malignant tumors, active immune system diseases (e.g., rheumatic connective tissue diseases), or those with significant activity limitation (e.g., severe arthritis);(5) Neurasthenia or severe sleep deprivation.
