Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There were no serious complications;2.Clear consciousness, able to communicate normally ;3.can cooperate with vitamin D testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary osteoporosis ;2. Those who cannot maintain stable contact by phone; 3.Patients who withdraw from the trial for other reasons or die before the course of treatment is completed.
