Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.First-time onset of post-stroke cognitive impairment, with onset duration ranging from 2 weeks to 6 months; 2.Meets the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke cognitive impairment outlined in the “Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2024 Edition” and/or the “Expert Consensus on Management of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment 2021”; 3.No history of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy; 4.Imaging evidence from cranial MRI or CT; 5.Age 50–75 years, right-handed; 6.Normal vision, stable condition, and alert mental status; 7.MoCA score of 18–26; 8.Willingness to sign an informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cranial bone defect; 2.History of cerebrovascular accident; 3.Patients with severe complications or recurrent conditions who are unable to cooperate; 4.Patients with taste disorders;
