17 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–45 years, diagnosed with myopia or myopic astigmatism; 2. Completed bilateral surgery with complete, high-quality preoperative and postoperative InnovEyes Sightmap examination data at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months (+/-2 weeks); 3. Possesses complete manifest refraction data preoperatively and at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months (+/-2 weeks) postoperatively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of prior ocular surgery or trauma; 2. Intraoperative complications (e.g., button flap, incomplete flap); 3. Any vision-compromising complications diagnosed during postoperative follow-up (e.g., diffuse lamellar keratitis, infection, flap-related issues); 4. Presence of systemic connective tissue disease, severe dry eye syndrome, or preclinical/clinical keratoconus.
