Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Fetal age= 7 days; (3) Complete oral feeding upon discharge.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from serious diseases that affect feeding and development, including progressive necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), congenital gastrointestinal malformations, severe congenital heart disease, congenital metabolic disorders, and severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD); 2.Abandoning treatment or dying during hospitalization. 3.Discharge criteria: Vital signs are stable, the primary disease has been cured, oral feeding can meet daily fluid and energy needs, weight continues to increase, and the weight has reached or exceeded 1800g. Physical measurements: measuring gestational age at birth, during hospitalization, and corrected for gestational age at 40 weeks after discharge CA1 2. Physical development indicators such as body length, weight, and head circumference at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
