Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.meet the diagnostic criteria for traumatic brain injury; 2.age >=18 years; 3.complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.died within 24 hours after admission; 2.had severe multiple trauma or severe multiple organ failure; 3.had a history of intracerebral hemorrhage, any malignant tumor (regardless of treatment status), or pregnancy; 4.had a missing rate of >=30% for key variables; 5.had a hospital stay of less than 24 hours, or had incomplete follow-up and outcome data due to discharge against medical advice, transfer to another hospital, or other similar reasons.
