Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. EMS patients scheduled for laparoscopic surgery who visited the Gynecology Department of the Second People's Hospital of Shenzhen from January 10, 2026, to July 10, 2026; 2. Women of reproductive age (18-50 years old); 3. Undergoing transvaginal/rectal ultrasound examination; 4. The interval between the ultrasound examination and surgery does not exceed 3 months; 5. Subjects voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of major intestinal and/or pelvic surgery; 2. Complicated by inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal tumors, or intestinal obstruction; 3. During pregnancy or lactation; 4. Poor ultrasound image quality due to severe intestinal gas interference or other factors, making it impossible to assess the target signs.
