Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke and is confirmed by MRI or CT imaging; 2.Age >= 60 years; 3.Disease duration = 2 weeks, with a clinically stable condition; 4.Conscious and with normal cognitive function; 5.Willingly participates in the study and signs the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other cerebrovascular diseases; 2.Concomitant cardiac, pulmonary, or other major organ disorders; 3.Pre-existing swallowing dysfunction prior to the onset of stroke; 4.Presence of head and neck tumors or history of craniocerebral trauma; 5.Presence of myasthenia or other neuromuscular disorders; 6.Presence of infectious diseases; 7.Swallowing dysfunction caused by non-stroke-related factors; 8.Contraindications to surface electromyography (sEMG) examination; 9.Psychiatric disorders or inability to cooperate with the examination;
