18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–75 years; 2. Colorectal cancer with a single primary lesion and invasion depth reaching at least the submucosa; 3. Underwent elective radical resection within the specified period (January 1, 2021 – October 31, 2022); 4. Clinicopathological stage pT1–3N1–2M0; 5. Complete perioperative clinical data available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Underwent emergency surgery due to tumor obstruction, perforation, or bleeding; 2. Presence of distant metastasis (M1); 3. History or concurrent diagnosis of other malignant tumors; 4. Cancer arising from familial adenomatous polyposis, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease; 5. Received neoadjuvant therapy (chemoradiotherapy or radiotherapy); 6. Cases requiring conversion to open surgery during the procedure; 7. Incomplete medical records or lack of key data necessary for evaluation.
