Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years, meeting the standards of stroke diagnosis and treatment guidelines; 2. No history of stroke or psychiatric disorders, no recent intake of anti-anxiety or antidepressant medications; no other severe physical illnesses such as heart or kidney failure, liver failure, malignancies, or cachexia; 3. No history of psychotherapy; 4. Clear consciousness, no intellectual disabilities, capable of normal communication and completing scale assessments; 5. No major psychological trauma, no history of alcoholism, and no major complex medical events (such as myocardial infarction or major surgeries) within the past year; 6. No severe psychological or cognitive disorders; 7. Good social support system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 60 years; 2. Patients who cannot participate in this study due to health reasons, such as aphasia or blindness; 3. Presence of other psychiatric disorders or severe diseases such as cancer; 4. History of mental illness, such as bipolar disorder; 5. Patients with cognitive impairments who are unable to cooperate with the researcher; 6. Poor social support system, making it difficult to successfully complete the study.
