Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.participants aged 10–18 years; 2.right-handed; 3.diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis of unknown etiology, with a Cobb angle = 10°; 4.having a moderate to high risk of falling (fall risk index = 36 as assessed by the Tetrax Balance Function Diagnostic and Training System); 5.providing written informed consent to participate in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.a history of head injury, headache, or nocturnal enuresis; 2.a history of major trauma to or surgery of the spine or lower extremities; 3.neurological, musculoskeletal, or cardiovascular disorders; 4.contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging, including a history of cardiac pacemaker implantation, the presence of implanted devices or metallic foreign bodies, severe underlying systemic diseases, or claustrophobia;
