Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Open to both men and women 2. Aged between 50 and 70 years 3. Confirmed diagnosis of colorectal cancer 4. Locally advanced, resectable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have received preoperative neoadjuvant therapy. 2.Patients with advanced (stage III/IV), metastatic, or postoperatively recurrent colorectal cancer. 3.Patients with a history of other malignancies within the past 3 years.
